TAW next block set up
to be sewn...

*Note later:
A friend made me realize that this pattern
is "MANY Trips Around the Word" and
not just "Trip Around the World" !
Sorry--thanks Lizzy ;)))

 And

Here is the reverse below;
I have taken out the papers
except for the last row--

 upon which I keep papers
until
they are sewn together..

I even like how the
backs look

THIS & THAT

THIS:
is how far I've gotten making
my Hexagon rosettes...

I was able to use my Go! Baby
die cutter to cut more papers
and hexies a few days
ago and now I will be basting them
for a while...

AND THAT:
↯↯↯↯

THAT:
is what I am calling
 "Lego-ish".

[can you find "kitty" in there?]

I had been taking out
various projects today...
when I found a group of
pre-sewn
strips--

I have no idea what these
were originally going to be
????
They are from way before
I had this back issue
and had been stashed into a tin...

So,  I decided to just
put them together into
a tabletopper for
Springtime...
I think it kinda looks like a
Lego project...
hence
"Lego-ish"

******************
It has been a misty,
 gray and chilly day
here...
I made bean soup for
dinner.
Soup always tastes good
on a day like this, I think..
