CRUMBY DAYS

I've been sewing in little
dribs and drabs..
A N D
Since I am still
feeling "crummy"
👵😭😟😢

I thought I would sew some crumbs up
to try to continue on my
emptying scrap bags
journey...

I can sit for just a little
while and at least pair up
the next crumby
groupings...

*********************
I am
Still letting my strained glutes, calf
and ankle heal up before I
begin any PT sessions...

[I won't be  returning to the original
PT group...]

I guess strains take quite a while
to heal up....

S I G H !!😔😒😞

A big thank you going out to you all
for your kind wishes and
thoughts...they
are much appreciated...

AUTUMN BOUNTY , et al

Autumn Bounty
string blocks...
pinned up on my wall.

I am still working with leftover
strips and orts in my
orange, green and brown
scrap bags...
They don't seem to get smaller!!!
😳😳😳

This pear fabric was the
springboard for these blocks...
This will be my September hand
quilting project as soon
as I can get the
blocks together and layered..

Such a pretty fabric
↡↡↡↡↡
I love its soft
painterly texture....
')))

************************
FYI: I am still going
through PT sessions...
hanging in there--but am still
having painful bouts...
Yesterday's session left me
unable to walk without pain
👾
Soooo,
This morning, Tom drove me to
the Clinic for my annual
blood tests..
ugh...
[I hate not being independent !!]
I am very fortunate that he
is such a sweetheart;)))
💕💕💕
***********************
I put Falling Leaves on the shelf
for the time being as I really
am limited to how much I can
actually sit and sew...
those long rows are a bit
much to handle right now...
****************************
So, what do you do when you are
sidelined like this???
💁👵
Hmmmm...

Perhaps do a little bit of
fabric enhancement?

I hope to be able to hand quilt this
lovely fabric in the near future...
I am pondering threads
while I sit and sip my morning
coffee....
The colors I am leaning toward all
seem to be in the Autumnal mode...
*****************************
I hope you are staying safe,
avoiding close contact, and
wearing your masks inside--
the variant is out there....
💀👹👾
