FRAMED FAIRIES FROLIC FOR SANTA

                                                    Fairies are all framed...
                                                      Aren't they pretty????

I found  two white frames at the Christmas Tree Shop this morning ;
just what I
was looking for....;)))) (be still my 💓)

[Michaels only had black and brown frames--I was SO disappointed....and they were
much more expensive...]

The left Fairy will be for Willa's room and the right Fairy for Fiona's.

I trimmed both canvases and used stitchery double-sided tape to adhere them to the
provided matting..(which I reversed to the off white side...)

I am so relieved to have been able to figure this out; I used my sewing rulers and my
paper rotary cutter for trimming...

I just really am enjoying my diamond painting craft....

Here is my latest finish:
Old World Santa with deer and flying owls....
I really enjoyed working this one, too; it was such fun watching the colors emerge...

hope your weekend is filled with fun crafting...

FAIRIES FINISHED

The 2 Sugar Plum Fairies pictures for Willa and Fiona are done....

This one will be for Fiona

AND

This one will be for Willa...

I just love all those soft colorations in both...;))))

I am hoping to find suitable frames at Michaels...as they are not exact sizes,
I may end up  having to figure out matting options also...something new
to learn....as custom framing would be super $$$-ive....;0000

I haven't really done any framing before--my Mom did all the framing of
stitcheries that we completed...she was really good at it....very precise....

So, this will be a new challenge...and as I have a lot more canvases waiting in
line, I need to learn this skill...

I plan to frame my lighthouse first as a "learning example":

Stay tuned for my framing experience....
                                                                   hopefully
                                                                happy posts...👵
