I've been slowly filling in all the blocks
that will finish on October 31st.
(see my little witchey-poo there at the end).
π»π»π»
I decided to add bits of fabrics to
every other block or so to
make it easier on my hands for stitching
and now will be filling in the blanks...
eight of them left ...
then this will be ready to
attach to my bobbin.

This noontime, DH and I decided to
sit out for a while in this
lovely sunshine-y day...
Our trees are really beginning to
show their Fall colors now...
this is the view from our front patio....
You can just see the edge of the ladder
Tom was using to reattach our
front walk camera there on the left..
[N.B.He doesn't ever
sit for very long!!]
and here he is checking it out
and coming to sit....
You can see the brilliant trees
behind him there...
and the many leaves that have fallen...
Autumn is my very favorite season...
;))))
*************************
In between resting my hands from stitcheries
I've been working on this Charles Wysocki puzzle...
All that is left is that sky--so challenging...
You can see the few pieces left in my little
sorting trays at the top...
***********************
Here is the "not so little" Little that I will
layer up and quilt next....
A few closer shots:

I used up a whole lot of my favorite
Christmas fabrics in this one--
Some of them being Jason Yenter
"In the Beginning" prints which I just
L O V E ....
**********************
I have watercolored some of the extra
"Notes" pages in the back...in my
usual fashion.
Doing this makes it more interesting to
write either right on the spots or
around them. Next I will add
my little girl stickers on
all the pages--
πππππ
***************************
I also fooled around with some leftover
threads for stitching--π
what I call
my "scribble stitching"...
I will be adding beads to
use up my stash of old beads
collected through the years...
Couched in pink silk sari ribbon...on
some lovely silk fabric that
QDJulie sent me...
(thank you so muchπ)
Just some random, fun and easy stitching...
I have no idea where this is going
but have thoughts of maybe a little fabric
book filled with similar ones for next year...
I've been trying to keep busy and
I feel my hands are a lot better...
still being cautious though....
