LES BELLE DAMES DEUX

                                        REMEMBER ME?
My first 6 Crazy Quilt blocks.
sewn together into a wall hanging...

Well, I've undearthed the next 5 blocks that I had prepped....

Here they are ready to be embellished...

I have chosen this "belle dame" to work on first:
I am trying to learn the "cretan stitch" on these blocks..

Here is my first "stab" (hahhaa) at it....with a few little
                                   french knots added ....
                                                 A N D
I will also be adding bits and bobs of lace and buttons...as I go....

This block will be my tv time sewing ....

Using my new sewing pillow that I made a few
weeks ago to rest my work on.....
Along with that constant cuppa tea...at my side....
***********************************************
My Autumn Snowballs quilt is tabled for today (on the dining table actually)--
as I awoke this morning with a digestive disturbance
and am not up to par...;000
So I don't figure it's a good idea to be hauling it
through Helga feeling like this....
I guess this bug is still hanging on--so another resting day....

I hope you are all having a great weekend...hugs, Julierose La blageuse
("still crazee after all these years" -euse)
