SUNDAY MORNING AFTER

TWO LITTLE TURKEY-ETTES CAME TO VISIT IN THEIR HANDMADE HATS...
                                                                 Gobble-Gobble Girls ;)))
                                                                (Willa (L) and Fiona (R)

AND BIRTHDAY BOY, STEVEN (now 18--Whoa how did that happen??)

HOME FOR THANKSGIVING FROM UCONN...We had ice cream cake--so only one quick candle or it would've become an  ice cream pudding  lol...
We had a wonderful day...all together..;))))

And here is the opposite of my "Blue Moon" strip work:

                                                         "MORNING HAS BROKEN"

More leftover strip work...I think I could do strips and squares forever and be happy....

And here are a few more ready to go with this set of colors...

These are all leftovers from other projects that I salvaged; I like that aspect of strip working too.
I have saved the cut off bits and bobs for my Junk Journals--so almost no waste except for slivers too tiny to even glue...makes me happy...:D

I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend and are pleasantly stuffed with turkey and all the fixins'....as we are...

We had leftover sandwiches (Thom had, but of course, a hot turkey sandwich -bread- tower with gravy and I had a cold--with mayo and cransauce--sandwich and just a wee bit of leftover green bean casserole with those now carmelized onions on top--oh heavenly!!)

Aren't we lucky to be able to enjoy our food and have so much bounty...we are so thankful....

Hugs, on a sunny and chilly "Sunday After"...
