I've been sewing in little
dribs and drabs..
A N D
Since I am still
feeling "crummy"

I thought I would sew some crumbs up
to try to continue on my
emptying scrap bags

I can sit for just a little
while and at least pair up
the next crumby

I am
Still letting my strained glutes, calf
and ankle heal up before I
begin any PT sessions...

[I won't be  returning to the original
PT group...]

I guess strains take quite a while
to heal up....

A big thank you going out to you all
for your kind wishes and
are much appreciated...

Hugs, Julierose,

  1. we all seem to be cleaning in our sewing rooms! Take care my sweet friend

  2. Healing is always a slow process. Glad you can get a little done.

  3. Oh I see pumpkins or orange maple leaves out of those pieces. So cool. Take care girl and don't overdo

  4. Sending you hugs and get-well-soon vibes. In the mean time, your crumbs remind me of warm caramel syrup, apple pie and cinnamon rolls. Oh fall, are you here yet?

  5. Sorry to hear that you are now dealing with strains as well as the back pain . . . glad you are going to a different PT group!

  6. I'm sorry you are dealing with that pain; I sure hope you feel better soon. Your crumb blocks are lovely! Do take care!

  7. Oh no! I am so sorry to heal you are still in pain. Yes, pulled things always take longer to heal. The crumbs are looking great. I hope you are feeling better soon.

  8. It looks like you are making the best of a not-so-great situation. Enjoy your stitching - it's great - and hopefully your aches and pains move off quickly.

  9. Take it easy and feel better. Love the crumb blocks!

  10. Oh, Julierose, I’m so sorry to learn you’re still dealing with the pain. It’s no fun when things aren’t feeling right. Your scraps are yummy, and it’s good to know you’re plugging along. We’re thinking of you!

  11. A little gentle sewing to keep things ticking over looks good. I hope a new PT group improves things for you.

  12. I can feel a clear out of my sewing space coming but not for awhile. Christmas and a wee 'expectation' are going to keep me busy first.
I'm so sorry that you're still in pain - hope that you soon get feeling better and able to pursue your favourite things. In the meantime sorting fabrics into new project possibilities is enjoyable I'm sure.

  13. All that on top of the original problem? Oh no! Hugs being sent to you. Glad that you have having fun with your crumb groupings - they look fun! xx

  14. Take care! Glad you can still do a little bit of sewing. The scraps seem like the perfect thing when we aren't up to full health.:)

  15. Caught up on your posts, Julierose. That Tom is a keeper! You deserve a little sweet in your life esp. these days. Happy you are getting some sewing done and wishing you heal a whole lot faster!

  16. You rest girl and take the time it needs to heal. We will all be here when you are good and ready. No rush. Love the crumbs. Take care. ♥ ;^)
