A Wonderful Trip down Memory Lane....
Years ago, I took Mom to Ireland on a bus Tour...and when we came home I made a scrapbook about our trip...and am I happy that I did...
Now that she has gone on before me, I can flip through the book and recall
all the happy times we had....
Mom led all the singing and kept us laughing along the way....she and I knew all the words to the old songs....he was impressed and really loved her, as you can see.....
Such a fine, small little rain.....
I do miss her Green Eyes and ready smile....

We are having corned beef and cabbage today, but of course....
And a little toast to those we have loved....and lost to time...

ReplyDeleteAre you Irish on your Mom's side? I am Irish on my Dad's side. His G. Granddad was in the Civil War and I think that is where he got his farm land in Wisconsin.
