I LIKE NO 11

I like/love how my new legos project is shaping up...I only really have maybe
4 small cut off ends of yellow scraps left (yay);
and the pink scraps are whittling down too...

This is a treat to sew together as the parts have been leader-enders for a long time...

                            We need some of this--just sayin':)))))

                            My little urn of flowers gives me a smile

This little applique block--I have the pattern and want to make this
one this Fall:

Of course, I only have a smattering of plaids so I may HAVE to do
some stash enhancement --lol💓💓

  3. Happy 4th of July, Julierose! Your Lego blocks are wonderful - what a fun idea for scraps. I was scrolling through your earlier posts this week and looked at the Paris quilt that you're handquilting - I love that one, too - such neat fabric. Enjoy your day!

  6. Hi Julierose, I have many colourful scraps yet to be used...used up a lot of the neutrals for these stringed blocks I'm making. YOur project looks so colourful and pretty; perhaps I have enough to make Lego blocks too. What a great idea.
    I can't settle on one style that is mine as such...I like some of the modern and also these primitive designs too.
    Meanwhile, Have a wonderful time whatever you are doing today!!

  8. the mix of color on your legos project is like paint! I love love it! Oh, and sorry but we must have gotten your rain, here in "dry" Colorado. It's been raining daily, sorry, I'll send it right over! (if I was that powerful there would be some changes made in general! lol)

  9. Great likes. Ah your lego quilt. Someone else made something similar with 1 1/2 inch strips not longer than 4 inches long, or less than 1 1/2. Happy 4th!
