I have been slowly working on my
peachey-pinkish blocks...
I will call this one
"Sunrise, Sunset"

I think it really fits my scrappy colorways...
I have two more blocks to make and
I am doing them in manageable sections:
Cutting, then
[5 sets to make 10 of them.]
Then, after cutting them apart...
for
3.5" 1/2 sq triangles.
of trimmings result...
Here is my next block set up for sewing ...
Tomorrow I will just sew it into three strip parts
and then the next day sew them together...
I love working this way...💗
It makes sense to my fog-laden brain...
No overdoing at one sitting and getting
tired out and then making mistakes...

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you have a method to sewing that helps, I like your method! Your Sunrise, Sunset colors are just gorgeous. What a sweet little bunny - I love them so much. Before we got our dogs we had bunnies under our shed that would come out at different times. I feel sorry for them if they are outside when our dogs are outside, but they are much faster than our big silly loud dogs!
ReplyDeleteI love your Sunrise, Sunset blocks. Your process for making them sounds logical to me. I like making my hst a bit larger and trim down. They are definitely more accurate that way. The bunnies are so sweet.
