HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYONE!!

Land of the FREE
and home of the
BRAVE...
Forever.
********************
A quiet 4th for the two of us...
We ate out on the back deck
when the sun finally overcame
the clouds....
just grinders and chips..
and a toast to our Country...

Tomorrow we will bbq
hotdogs and have:
 beans, potato salad
and cole slaw...

We are
 hoping to see some
neighborhood
fireworks later on...

Today...
I made my binding for
Early Spring
string blocks quilt
↧↧↧↧
Planning on sewing it on
tomorrow...

*************************
I hope your weekend is
a wonderful one...

  2. Dinner sounds good. I am running out of ideas that hubs likes. Cooking is another full time job lol. Enjoy your day my friend. Love your strings.how big did it end up?

  3. It's turned out to be an extended holiday weekend with some celebrations Saturday evening, then yesterday and evening, and the legal holiday today. More of an excuse for 10 p.m. firecrackers in the neighborhood.

  4. OK - curiosity is overcoming me...what are grinders?? Seeing that first picture made me think it would make a great diamond art project.
