Hope your back is getting better each day! The hexies look like the perfect thing to do while using that heating pad.
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to try some qayg crazy quilt hexies. I like what you have done so far.
ReplyDeleteHope the PT helps! I feel your pain!
I've had bouts of sciatica for years as well as herniated disk. PT gave me exercises to do long time ago and sometimes I do those when pain is bad but mostly I try to walk with long strides every day and even stretch my leg to reach the foot pedal when I sew. I also put cold pack on for 20 minutes several times a day. And when the pain is bad even though I feel like lying around I get up and move as that seems to relieve pain. Since I've retired I have been lucky and not had many bouts with it. I think sitting at my desk job for 10 hours or so a day did me in!
A small project like your hexxies is perfect. Take care of you so you can play with that lovely puppy when you get a chance!
ReplyDeleteI will be thinking of you tomorrow, hope the session goes well.
ReplyDeleteLucy is so sweet and pretty. Only 14 weeks!

I hope your PT helps.
ReplyDeleteFirst day of PT is usually evaluation and checking for range of motion etc. Hopefully they'll give you some gentle stretches to do at home until visit 2. GOOD LUCK!!
ReplyDeleteOh no! I was wondering how you were doing. The hexagons look good. I hope they are able to help with the back pain. Lucy is a sweetie.
ReplyDeleteLucy looks like a real cutie! Hope you get to meet her and snuggle in person soon.
ReplyDeleteAll the best for your physio. Hope you feel better after it and not worse!
Hope pt works for you. Thinking of you. Hugs
ReplyDeleteGet well wishes! Hope you are feeling better soon! Love your hexies and that cute puppy!
ReplyDeleteI have wondered about working with hexies this way - yours already look very pretty. I hope the combination of rest and PT helps you soon.
ReplyDeletePT will be such a help. The exercises always helped me in the long run but I love when they actually did some massage.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful hexies, Julierose. I hope the PT is helping and you get relief soon.
ReplyDeleteHope all went well with the PT and love the new addition to your extended faimily!
ReplyDeleteYou posted this a week ago (or more) and I hope by now you've had at least one round of PT and that your back is feeling better. It's always hard when our bodies have pain.
ReplyDeleteYour hexagons look beautiful. It's good you have some handwork you can do and especially good that it was already prepared.
