We've had thunder. lightning and hail storms all afternoon...
Finally 2.36 " of much needed rains...

I managed to sew binding on the front of SIL's quilt
tomorrow I will sew it onto the back...
I have it all ironed over and pinned in place:
This is one BIG KA-HOONA of a quilt;0000
It is laid out on my ironing board 
waiting...

This will be the last of my 
"Binding Mission" 
for a while now...

    I'm glad you finally got a good amount of rain. We got less than a quarter inch today, hoping for more tonight or tomorrow. I don't know if I have ever seen a pink lily. I'm so used to the yellow, orange and dark rust colored ones.

    We were supposed to get rain yesterday, but it went around us. I wonder if you live near me? The colors of your SIL's quilt are beautiful. Enjoy stitching the binding down.

    Binding always takes longer than I think it will. I hope this will go faster for you. We've had much needed rain the last two days. And, today it has started out in the 50's. Such an unexpected temp for this time of year. But, it's supposed to be in the 90's by the 4th of July.

    The pink lily is such a pretty color. I love the paver design also. Your SIL is going to love this quilt...almost a finish :) Good going.

    Love that lily! I like binding! It means I've finished another quilt! No rain here today. It's around 70 and humid. Not the best weather day.
