I have been working early mornings with my coffee to hand
out on our deck...nice, slow start to my day.
Here is the DMC color I am
using....isn't it pretty?
I love how it looks
against the black outlines...

On the Diamond Painting Scene
I am working on her eye area...
[you can see the whole picture on the small
inset photo on the right.]
So enjoying this one...
I've never done a face before and
it is fascinating to see all the
different shades that go
into her complexion...

I've gotten these sewn into blocks...
not yet sewn into rows...
I am especially fond of those
birds flying and the whales..

What a lovely bouquet you won. Do you have plans for the diamond paintings you’re creating?
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the win! I always admire your diamond paintings. Your postage squares are really coming along. It's hotter than I expected today. We had a quick downpour but that's about it.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your win - I love the aqua pumpkin! Love the colors in the butterfly too.
ReplyDeleteI love your waffle blocks! And congrats on the cute win!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful projects, so diverse. I can tell you are enjoying those big butterflies in the pretty colors.
ReplyDeletelove lizzy

ReplyDeleteSuch pretty tops and I love the fabric you chose! Congrats on your win! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteYou're really moving along with your projects aren't you!! Lucky lady to win the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteYour pink DMC floss is a retty shade. I have been into pink of late and purchasing a good variety of pink fabrics....not any large pieces but big enough to play with.
ReplyDeleteLucky you to win something pretty - and benefit from the inspiration it provides too. I wish I could go and sit on our balcony with my morning coffee and stitch, but it's simply too hot out there these days.
