I have decided to name my log cabin
"U N I T Y"
in honor of the Inauguration
of our new Administration.
I have six made so far...
and these are ready
to go

with the 2nd....

The buccaneers and
Tom Brady....
and my Tom
is making us creamed tuna for
our luncheon--along
with my tossed salad --
that will comprise
our big meal
for today...
I also made us brownies for
dessert--My new rule being
"only homemade sweets..."

Homemade treats sound yummy. Em made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies last night. I wonder how long they will last? The last single batch was less than 48 hours! Pretty log cabins and love the name.
ReplyDeleteThe batiks are a great addition. What do you put the creamed tuna upon or is it a soup? Creamed tuna on toast was always a comfort food growing up.

When you mentioned creamed tuna it brought up a memory of creamed hard boiled eggs on toast. Mother had to get creative when we were running low on groceries and we always had lots of eggs on the farm.
